URGENT: Important Recall Notice on Radiant Mugs

At Dragonsteel, the safety and satisfaction of our fans are our top priorities. We strive to deliver products that meet the highest quality standards and enhance your experience as a member of the community. Unfortunately, we need to share an important update regarding the recently released Radiant Mugs.

Shortly after fulfillment began for the Radiant Mugs (pictured above), we became aware that the mugs may not be dishwasher and microwave safe. Additionally, they may be otherwise unfit and possibly unsafe for use in heating liquids, consuming liquids, and/or washing by dishwasher or hand. This is inconsistent with the order specifications provided to the manufacturer, which required that the mugs be microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, and otherwise safe and fit for customary mug usage.

At this time, we have not received any reports of incidents or harm associated with the mugs. However, as a precautionary measure, we recommend discontinuing their use and safely disposing of them. Your safety is our top priority, and we are committed to keeping you informed should any new information come to light.

Upon discovering this issue, we acted immediately to remove the Radiant Mugs from our store. We have also contacted all purchasers directly to:

• Inform them of the situation,
• Direct them to discontinue use of the mug and discard it, and
• Confirm that we are refunding the purchase price in full.
